JUST IN: Libyan Authorities Hold Super Eagles Players And Officials Hostage At Al Abaq Airport [VIDEO] – #AFCON2025Qualifiers—-TCN reports that the Libyan authorities have held Nigerian super eagles players and officials hostages at their airport.
The team flew into Libya this evening in preparation for the AFCON qualifier match coming up on Tuesday.
Libya had faced Nigeria two days ago for the first leg of the football match.
The reason behind this decision is not known yet but this could be connected to the unfair treatment Libya team complained about when they arrived Nigeria too.
