#RBLRMA: Bellingham Set To Miss UCL Trip To Liepzig—-Jude Bellingham will miss Real Madrid’s Champions League last-16 first-leg tie against RB Leipzig on Tuesday with a sprained ankle.

The England midfielder, 20, was forced off after scoring two goals in Saturday’s 4-0 La Liga win over Girona.

The Spanish club have not put a timescale on his return and say his recovery will be “monitored”.

“There’s no Bellingham, but without him, we won four out of four,” said Real boss Carlo Ancelotti.

“These injuries have been an opportunity to be more motivated. We can do well against Leipzig.

“We’re on a good run, motivated, in a competition that we like a lot.”

Bellingham’s double made it 20 goals in 31 games in all competitions since his summer move from Borussia Dortmund.

Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo were also on target for Ancelotti’s side at the Bernabeu to open up a five-point lead at the top of the table.

After Tuesday’s tie with Leipzig (20:00 GMT), Real face La Liga games away at Rayo Vallecano and at home to Sevilla before the end of February, with the return leg against Leipzig scheduled for 6 March.

UCL: I’m Questioning Myself – Guardiola Responds To Man City’s 2-0 Defeat To Juventus—-Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has said he is questioning himself after his team suffered a seventh defeat in 10 games against Juventus.

Dusan Vlahovic and Weston McKennie scored in Turin to seal a 2-0 Champions League victory.

City’s next fixture will be away to Paris Saint-Germain and another defeat could send them into the bottom eight of the table and leave the club facing the humiliation of crashing out of the competition.

With the Manchester Derby next on Sunday, Guardiola said he is beginning to question himself as his side lurch from one defeat to another.

“Of course [I am questioning myself]. I have my thoughts,” Guardiola said.

“I’m stable in good moments and bad moments. I try to find a way to do it. I’m incredibly honest. If we play good, we play good.

“The dressing room is stable. Win we are happy, lose we are not. What can we do? Feel sorry for ourselves. No, we improve it and go forward.”
