Vincent Kompany Named New Head Coach Of Bayern Munich—-Bayern Munich has announced Vincent Kompany as their new head coach on a three-year contract, starting Wednesday.

The 38-year-old Belgian takes over the reins at the German giants despite Burnley’s relegation from the Premier League under his management this season.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Kompany stated, “I’m looking forward to the challenge at FC Bayern. As a coach, you have to stand for who you are as a person: I love having possession of the ball, being creative, and we also have to be aggressive on the pitch and brave.”

It was a thrilling conclusion to a chaotic encounter at Estadio do Dragao.

Porto could have added to their lead with the away side, even down to 10 men, forced to throw players forward, but failed to make them count and were punished by Maguire’s late header.

Despite salvaging something from the game, United have won only three of their first 10 matches of the season and, for the fourth European away game in a row, they failed to win despite having scored three goals.
